Jana's parents, Al and Kay Hawkins, came to visit in January. We enjoyed a Day Trip through the Serengeti National Park while they were here.

We aren't on Google Earth yet. The last satellite picture of Shadi was taken about 8 years ago. This will give an idea of what our house, Tumaini, and the surrounding building look like from above.
They were a big blessing to the Tumaini family during November and December and will be greatly missed.
Holly and Rachel have been doing a lot of reading to the Tumaini children. This picture was taken in the 'library'. Aza has gotten pretty attached to Holly.

Beth was asked to be a 'dada' (sister) to the bride and wore this beautiful dress that matched a handful of other women.
After weeks of preparation, Dan printed and bound his class notes. This was the first time he prepared his own Swahili notes for the Bible Institute.

We enjoyed Jillian and Jenny during their four weeks volunteering at Tumaini Children's Home. We will miss them!
